Build a one page website with Gutenberg/Blocks

WordPress’s new built in block editor, aka Gutenberg, now gives WordPress users unprecedented editing and design capabilities that are native to WordPress. With a few choice plugins, to add a few bells and whistles, pages can be created in WordPress that rival those created with the add-on page-builders like Divi, Beaver, and Elementor.

Join in this online session where we will create a complete one page site from scratch, using WordPress’s block editor.

Speed plays an important factor in how visitors respond to your website. One of the main issues faced by WordPress sites is the speed.

In this meetup, Usman will use free tools such as CloudFlare CDN, and the Autoptimize plugin to demonstrate how we can increase the performance of the website.
